All employees are encouraged to bring innovation to their teams and ideas for growth even if they're outside of employees' typical job titles. There's a lot of freedom to contribute in ways in which employees can apply their skills outside of daily role responsibilities. With that said, daily responsibilities are clear, and teams function well together. Collaboration is encouraged always.

Cons

Employees need to wear many hats, so it can be hard to deeply specialize in one area.
