Great Products - Leadership Team has No Ethics - Email

The products they make are state-of-the-art and make the world a safer place to live.

Cons

The Leadership Team has no ethics. Once the product is sold, good luck getting the support you need. Resources continue to be cut therefore the remaining employees are expected to work long hours with no recognition for their efforts. Employees spend their days putting out fires and covering their buts (the whole world gets copied on every email). The company has not met their commitment to the Board of Directors in more than 5 years and therefore employees have not seen any significant raises (0.5% what's that - 0.10 cents an hour) or received any of the promised bonus. So if you have a recruiter promising you that Smiths have been paying out a 20% bonus for the last 5 years, be warned, NOT TRUE. 0% is more like it.

Flexible work arrangement, opportunity to work with people around the world, opportunity to grow, availability of multiple trainings, mentorship and coaching. Fair pay and benefits. If you are a performer, you get your chance to move to the next roles.
