Work from home. A place to start a career in cybersecurity. Not much experience needed to land an analyst job.

Cons

- Low salaries; - There are very few persons that can actually teach you something; Majority of analysts cannot understand base cyber security concepts; - Company opts for quantity over quality. Overall bad quality reports and alerts triage; - No room for professional growth; - Some management staff is very unprofessional. - Lazy work colleagues, some days you have to do double work because of this.
