Pros

Only two days in office a week and lunch is provided.

Cons

It's a pretty dysfunctional company (not uncommon for agencies I've heard). The owner will take on any and all potential new clients whether or not it's a good fit. Quite often, upper management makes promises to new clients that account executives and specialists will struggle to deliver on. So expect a heavy workload and relatively low pay. The company also has no HR department, so if you have an issue with a coworker or manager, there's no recourse.

Pros

A great environment that trusts me to make decisions based on my experience and expertise without the need for micromanagement. Can't speak highly enough of management and my coworkers.

Cons

As with any marketing role, there are always occasional headache clients.
