Pros
* lots of software design and creative tasks juniors and seniors alike to sink their teeth into. * no micromanagement * an overall learning environment: team members hold lectures in a bi monthly fashion and go to meetups regularly. * on constant lookout for adoption of new tech (within reason of course) and improving processes (both in technical and human form) * very friendly environment (haven't worked there for years and still keep in touch) * stable work environment - good work/life balance
Cons
* lots of very old legacy code, but there are gradual improvements * can be a bit chaotic at times * salary
