Pros
Very busy, great food and atmosphere.
Cons
Ridiculous hourly pay for the amount of prep and cleaning that needs to be done. Support from management completely lacking. Pooling of tips completely unfair with out a better salary for jobs that require harder work and more knowledge. Typical corporate brainwashing bit about being a "family".
