      Pros

      Woodworking environment is more laid back. Facility is relatively clean and well maintained. Friendly co-workers

      Cons

      Use of temps leaves new employees guessing. Business was slow and often had little to do. Little supervision in some jobs.

      Pros

      Was a good place to work until 2009. Some awesome co-workers make it tolerable.

      Cons

      Poor rate increases (if any at all), horrible insurance, no leadership, no respect for female employees, no advancement, bad treatment from management allowed and the list goes on and on.
