      The work can be technically interesting at times when priorities remain stable long enough to actually focus.

      - Everything moves at a relentless pace, but it is completely disorganized - Priorities shift so frequently that building any real momentum is nearly impossible - Instead of improving or completing work, you are constantly forced to pivot to new expectations - Nothing ever feels finished before it is disrupted and changed again
