      small company with a big chance for influence, caring owners who will fast become good friends and really invest in you.

      small shop, consulting based business model, developers do have to wear a lot of hats.

      Pros

      Very talented and committed co-workers who are great to work with. The company's mission "tech for change" and by-line "coded with love" are truly embedded in every project. The CEO and CTO are very collaborative. Beautiful balance between everyone taking their responsibilities very seriously and an easy going office culture. Remote employees are always engaged in meetings via video conferencing. Numerous on-going resources for job training and skill building.
