      The company is generally supportive of its employees and tries to build a culture among its primarily remote staff.

      Cons

      The company works for end clients in developing software packages. This is precarious as they never own the rights to what they develop (they're only consultants) and can be let go from contracts meaning subsequent layoffs for staff.

      * Remote * Flexible Schedule * Good Co-workers * Decent Benefits * Interesting and challenging projects

      Cons

      * Review by committee - for a small company, there were too many cooks in the kitchen under guise of collaboration meant having to get most things you did approved by multiple people * Inexperienced development team * Inheritance of poorly managed projects * Still trying to figure things out like workflow, leadership, client services, and support after 18 years in operation
