Pros

As a coop student in SimplyCast, got involve with projects and fixing bugs helped me learn a lot about programming. I got a lot of valuable experience during my three coop terms in SimplyCast. People here were glad to help me when I had questions. I did not get blame when I got trouble, instead of encouraging me to do a better job next time. It was a really good experience for me to work in SimplyCast.

Cons

Beside the location is a little far from where I live. Everything is great.

This company places a high value on workplace culture and it shows in the people they hire. - Friendly team - Recent technology - Health benefits are excellent - Group activities and events

Cons

- Lower pay than most companies in the area - I can't think of any other negatives. I had a good experience here.

Pros

Liberal and results oriented attitude towards work. Flex time, open door policy, laissez fair attitude yet everyone's held accountable for their work. Training is one week, then you're thrown to the wolves and it's amazing. Very careful hiring process, controlled growth, very few bosses! Very diverse workforce, everybody gets along. Amazing office location.

Cons

it's still a startup, stuff breaks all the time BUT there's always a work around.
