      Pros

      Liberal and results oriented attitude towards work. Flex time, open door policy, laissez fair attitude yet everyone's held accountable for their work. Training is one week, then you're thrown to the wolves and it's amazing. Very careful hiring process, controlled growth, very few bosses! Very diverse workforce, everybody gets along. Amazing office location.

      Cons

      it's still a startup, stuff breaks all the time BUT there's always a work around.

      Pros

      The development team was always helpful when I was learning the ropes. They took time to help me understand the code and solve problems. Every one took the time to support me even when I made mistakes. The place is so great, I wish I didn't move out of province. This company is going places. Mark my words.

      The vision of this company is so big, they really need more people to achieve it.
