      Collaborative culture, friendly coworkers, cutting edge work, impactful assignments, flexible schedule. This company is like a breath of fresh air!

      I don't see any cons for Simplr. It's honestly the best place I worked at.

      It’s a remote or hybrid job

      Cons

      They are very rude and have no understanding of work-life balance. Worst experience with management ever!! They make a lot of promises they can’t keep.

      Pros

      Smart engineering team and marketing team.

      Cons

      Much of the staff is very young and clicky. Upper management plays favorites. Better to be liked than good at your job. They don't have the basic needs met for a software company and do not believe they need to meet those needs. They are always trying to stay on what's new as opposed to building a solid foundation. They are the definition of running on Ad Hoc.
