Pros

They have an awesome product but no way to take it to the right market or the right people. The Product and Engineering teams are efficient and deliver consistent business value The organization USED to be great. There WAS a heavy focus on Work-life balance and allowing people to present their ideas and acting on ideas that would help as an organization

Cons

Now, the Management is more focused on Yes men and taking a step towards achieving the most lofty goals rather than making incremental progress. I have heard nightmares from people in all departments such as Sales, Marketing, Product etc The Management does not care about the employees and would rather force people into different roles that the employee is not even interested in just to bridge a gap. The absolute disregard for employees is very apparent in the way they drag any conversation related to an employee's well-being, pay rise or promotion for months and months and months only to give a negative or a barely acceptable response at the end. They dont care about retaining even their well-performing employees and would rather spend several times higher to hire someone from outside

Pros

Although their product is good, the executives lack vision and strategy.

Cons

The micromanagement style of the top management is stifling and frustrating for employees, leading to a feeling of disempowerment and decreased morale. There is a lack of support from managers, which makes it challenging for employees to ask for a raise. The CEO provides zero support, which creates a toxic work culture. In sales, it's often said that no one works for the company, they work for their manager. Here, the sales leader is useless and lacks a clear strategy. Every day, he comes up with a new bad idea that he changes frequently. The decision-making power lies solely with the CEO, and everyone else is a puppet in the organization. The problem is not that the decision-making lies with one person, but that the CEO lacks vision and is self-centric. Employees in marketing and sales receive no recognition or rewards, no matter how much effort they put into their work. The "Guru" in charge of recognition and rewards is not supportive and often uses derogatory language to belittle employees.

Pros

Good product that works well.

Cons

Absolutely no vision or roadmap. The CEO corners and taunts the direct reporters with useless tasks and requests. Does not allow Managers and Leads to work peacefully in a conducive environment. The coercion is such that you're cornered and will end up resigning. More than 90% of the resources in Sales and Marketing have left the company.
