      the office is good looking the people are nice and welcoming great coffee machine

      lack of leadership in the R&D team management isn't active about the problems developers are pointing developers are fleeing out and no knowledge is preserved

      startup environment (mostly) nice people very women positive

      A total CHAOS, no real planning, main tasks are changing constantly. the management just feels disconnected from reality. HR seems to not care from it's employees.
