- Very friendly and fair working environment - Interesting clientele - Lots of delegation - Gives opportunities to grow - We had AI sessions to keep the team up to date and efficient on latest AI tools

- Not that many clients - Small team of 3 incl. employer which might limit challenges and growth - The clientele are early stage so your exposure to startup culture and their growth can be limited
