Pros
I’ve been a graphic designer at Simbase for 2 years and it’s been a great experience. The team is friendly and welcoming, the culture is open and supportive, and I’ve had real chances to grow, especially in web design. I work remotely, and the onboarding process was smooth and well-organized. Despite the distance, I’ve always felt part of the team!
Cons
Sometimes task management can get a bit intense, as things aren’t always super structured, but the team is great at helping each other stay on track.

Great working environment with good work/fun balance. You easily stay focused on your tasks during the day and enjoy time during lunch or Friday evening drinks full of random conversations. The team is full or amazing people.
Cons
If you are hungry during lunch time, you need to be fast to join the line to microwave
