My overall experience has been positive. The work is active, there is room to learn, and the role gives you a chance to take ownership of your responsibilities. Like any fast-paced environment, it has busy periods, but it also gives useful exposure and growth.

There are absolutely no pros, they use your for a month by using your sales Navigator to reach to thousands of experts on LinkedIn and when you get very few experts to sign up and you will earn nothing at the end of the month, You will Leave because hundreds of people work on the same project and experts complain about 6-10 people from Silverlight are sending the same message. Which is also not good for your own LinkedIn account.

Cons

They tell you its a commission based job but monitor you with softwares they tell you to install, no job security, and they use your free Sales Navigator and then hundreds of people work on the same project and you get to expert even if you send 200+ inmails or emails. basically they mass hire employees and use their Sales Navigator for their own gain.
