      Kyiv office and management are excellent.

      Cons

      Top management attempts to minimize spending on its team to the lowest level. Constant meetings to tell employees how successful we are, while shortening the budget for engineers.

      When your company becomes known for hiring in haste and firing just as fast, the issue isn’t the employees—it’s the system. Compensation remains below industry standards, with limited opportunities for advancement in either role or title—making long-term career growth challenging.
