      Small informal teams Office has an easy commute Somewhat layback office atmosphere

      Cons

      Due to relaxed "we're a family" atmosphere bosses tend to be unprofessional and over demanding. Very low pay for amount of work to be done. Pathetic benefits and holiday leaves They reward people they like not how good you are at your job.

      learn a lot of new experience since u must do all job by yourself

      Cons

      a lot of work that demand u to do everything by yourself. with very low salary with 1.3k salary. not enough to cover the cost of living
