      Very friendly people who care about the well-being of their employees, very flexible work environment when it comes to location and working hours, very supportive in professional progress/education if it helps the company

      Cons

      Very regulated field, a lot permissions have to be granted to get working on something, a lot of restructuring in the company leading to new organisation every couple months
