      Pros

      This a company where since the beginning you start learning a lot in analitics and also in negotiation. You get used to work in a fast work-environement

      Cons

      No recognition and people last no more than 2 years. They promiss trajectory and never happen. Bad atmosphere. Many changes in the hight-direction. Management not well-defined. Culture beased on how many mistakes you have day a day...........

      The young team, can't think of anything else. Mutuelle (which is not really an advance but just normal) what else?

      Cons

      - very low salary - badly organized and no ambitions to improve - very hierarchical - micromanagement - bad atmosphere - everyone is complaining so nobody stays longer than 1 year
