bad management and leadership and micromanaging

Working environment and management are very unfriendly and strict. Very poor working conditions (you get a laptop that is ten years old and takes ages to build a project). During the working hours there is a scary silence in the office like everybody is afraid to say a word. Management is deceptive and very disrespectful. I am even guessing that they have tried to contact me from different Linkedln account to find out whether I am looking for a new company. So they are playing these little tricks all the time with you. Career and technology for software developers - You will not learn anything new here. They are using outdated technologies and they say "It has worked so far so we don't won't to change it". So you are left with dealing with outdated code and you are not allowed to change it the way you think it should be because the rest of the team consider that like an insult. Very bad place for junior and mid devs.
