revolving door with upper management and knee jerk decision making worked a full quarter without a comp plan defined - how do you attain target?

Pros

Nice CEO, open to opinions and very accessible. The company offers the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world. Headquarters and NY offices are very nice

Cons

The company doesn't understand how to provide services, they are still stuck on being a premise company that sells PBX's. They keep letting go the people who have experience in the service industry and promoting or hiring people with zero experience in telecom or service provision

Pros

you get work out of your home and they have a great can do culture. There is a lot of training provided and everyone gets flown to sunnyvale, ca for a 3 day meet the leadership team and then you get to enjoy an intense week of boot camp in austin, texas.

Cons

they have had senior leadership issues. if you do not pass the boot camp you may be fired. They tell you this many times creating a lot of stress to work hard at passing.
