      It's such a mess of this company. They don't provide any sort of training and set all kinds of bars before you can actually get paid. They require the newly joined employee to bring certain number of users, which sounds a lot like a pyramid scheme.

      The only pro is remote work, though now it requires weekly in-office attendance.

      1. Chaotic management structure with amateur executives, leading to a CEO-centric environment. 2. Employee exploitation and lack of respect. 3. They promote individuals who lack competence to manage entire teams—such as HR personnel simultaneously overseeing nearly half the company as SVP—while actively censoring reviews on Glassdoor. 4. Over 70% workforce reduction in the past two years despite no hiring, leaving junior staff with no support and guidance.
