Great teammates and flexible scheduling.

Cons

Never staffed enough to handle the amount of business that comes in, severely underpaid, corporate management doesn't value their employees and don't understand store level needs and issues. System and processes make things difficult for returns and exchanges.

Your worth depends on getting into a patients pocket book. Communication from corporate is lacking and they make a lot of mistakes that cause more work for the centers The pay is horrible and they keep adding more responsibilities Digital Optometrics is such a scam and it is forced on the centers
