With regard to the salary package and social benefits, we try to take the current market situation into account and use salary benchmarks, which we regularly re-evaluate. We are sorry about that you didn't like our offer. A promotion can only be approved if there is a suitable position to be filled out. Now, it’s hard to asses to us whether what situation was in your case. We were sorry that you didn't feel valued enough.
