      Pros

      founders keep going to the US for work but its more like vacations

      Cons

      each cofounder incompetent in their own unique way one has zero vision and drags his words to sound thoughtful. another keeps saying hurtful things under pretense of being curious. last one operates as an IC and prides himself on it for some reason. they also had a big layoff recently

      Lot of fake promises to keep things moving. Very poor management and a lot of office politics. No work like balance. This was the worst place i have worked.
