The main problem with the company is the management - the cofounder think and act differently. Mohan and Sajeesh have conflicting views with CEO Girish...and all three try to manage sales and customer successs/ Girish thinks he's the smartest of all, and doest care about anyone else/s views. He's very arrogant and treats people badly. For instance, keeps telling employees that you're lucky I am not firing you... you're incompetent, lazy, no knowledge etc - and trust me i am not making this up !
The product 'Discovery Commerce' which prima facie looks good, companies are not really willing to pay much for it after sometime. The revenues have not increased much in last few years. The customer success team is loaded with tickets from clients - and the management thinks they dont have work at all. Sales team is small and attrition is high (and a lot of people have quite without a job in hand - imagine the pressure) TOO MUCH MICROMANAGEMENT is there on sales, morning 8am onwards reporting starts - what are you doing, who are you speaking with, do this do that !!
No food facilities (except few juices, coffee, and chips).
