Not sure about growth opportunities within

Upper management has no idea what they are doing. Stubborn and unreceptive to constructive criticism. Ego gets in the way of making any real strides toward change. Managers have been there a long time, which in this case has caused stagnancy and staleness. Portfolio is misleading. Day to day work is mostly pharmaceuticals work, and most ‘awards’ won are the product of the creative director, not the agency. The day-to-day creative work therefore can be very tedious and boring. Strong creative concepts are frequently killed by upper management without explanation.
