Pros
-Leadership that seems to care about the improvement of IT/web systems -Frequent consultation between technical and non-technical management -Self-directing team of nice technical staff including remote and in-office workers -Opportunities for expanding the state of IT -Free tea in the office -Site design looks great
Cons
-A little disorganized because its a fast-growing company (currently expanding facilities and market share) -Some lack of oversight of technical issues and development as the focus is on so many different things: operations, customer service, design, etc. that some issues fall through the cracks

Outside consultant making decisions. Walking on eggshells daily. Asking questions is viewed negatively. Advertise lots of PTO but frown upon you using it. No clear direction for customer service team. Clear and obvious favoritism in production department. High turnover at supervisory and management level. Unrealistic expectations with no upper management support.
