Inclusive environment at a growing bank, but losing personal touch

Inclusive nevironment, Fast paced, growing bank

Cons

Can be repetative, there is automantion but resources with the background of automation are needed, as the compnay grew, I feel the human ouch was lost and its becoming more of a corporate
