      Pros

      Good work environment. Good people to work with. Flexible hours. Company sponsored events. Good pay with lots of potential for bonuses.

      Cons

      Being moved to Wisconsin. New owners really don't know the the medical device industry. None of the Massachusetts staff is moving with the company.
