      Pros

      Great if you can consistently sell yourself, and enjoy a workplace where EVERYONE **has** to be involved in EVERYTHING

      Cons

      They claim to promote flexible working solutions, but only when it suits The same with mental health - no interest unless full disclosure, pushing employees to the edge before even considering making any concessions If your face fits, and you like being in London, you may do well, otherwise it's all lip service
