      Pros

      Friendly environment, lots of extracurricular outings.

      Cons

      Poor marketing, bad partner relationships, small company with no clear direction. Always pivoting. Poor leadership. Technical leadership is shaky also. Management talking behind peoples backs. One of the most unprofessional places I have been. Chase margin and leads from open source partners without contributing any real value.

      Pros

      *Unbeatable benefits. Paid time off, 401k, and the health insurance is unreal. *Awesome people, laid back, good camaraderie, drama free work environment. Business casual attire. *No micro management. You're held to a certain level of accountability to get the job done, so you need to be a self-starter to work here. *Because the company is young, it's a great time to be here. Your ideas are heard and you're treated as a person, not a number, and management cares about you. *The team gets together for happy hours and other events outside of work. *You can get some IT certifications you'd otherwise have to pay for. Great resume builder! *Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      *This isn't social hour, so if you're into the big corporate atmosphere, with suits and people pounding the phones and people walking around socializing, this isn't for you. But if you're like me, this isn't really a con.

      Former VP actually cared and worked with you to be successful. Lots of happy hours and fun outings. Casual work environment

      Lots of cold calling, very micromanaged, little trust in management

      Shadow-Soft is focused on creating an environment for success for all of our employees. The Inside Sales role at Shadow-Soft requires high volume effort to achieve personal goals. Prospecting is an important part of this role and requires an industry standard amount of cold calling to be successful. Shadow-Soft provides a defined strategy and constant feedback from management to help our sales professionals meet their goals.
