Pros
They have an amazing culture. The foundation of their curriculum and training is that everyone has an intrinsic value - and they really start with staff. Family is first and great leadership.
Cons
It's a smaller nonprofit, so the pay is nonprofit pay. I know they are working on more competitive pay.
