Terrible experience

Pros

-They are always looking for new employees and always have positions available. -They have some really great employees that deserve better.

Cons

-They want employees to work a 50 hour work week on a 40 hour work week salary. -Upper management and executive team: Nepotism and buddy/buddy relationships at the highest level leaves little room for a positive experience. -Extremely unprofessional behavior by the COO, CEO, and HR. -“You are just a number and very replaceable” attitude. -I personally would never use them for anything knowing what I now know about how their business model works. -If you leave the company, they keep your 401k employer match. (Labeled as a forfeiture) -Bonus policies are not in your favor. They will do their best to keep as much of it to themselves as possible. -They utilized all their employees to write google reviews about the company by creating a contest for money. -They removed all access to past personal metrics while still employed. -I do have all the proof of these statements in saved documentation, as I know that they like to threaten litigation when the truth is told about their practices.

Stay Far Away

Pros

The only pro is some of the people you work with.

Cons

The owner doesn't care about his employees and only the bottom line. They will overwork you and expect you to just do it without any compensation. HR will go behind your back and nothing you say to them stays in confidence. The COO is a complete liar and will lie to your face all the while not doing anything he says he's going to do. Most of the employees are good people, however management will be little you and continue to pile on work not allowing you to catch up and then yell at you for not completing everything. The managers are allowed to stomp out of rooms when things are not going their way and act like a toddler and still keep their job. Read the reviews on their service and that says it all. If you want to be little'd and treated like a number this is the job for you. Wish we could do zero stars because it does not deserve a 1 star.

Pros

Highly diverse company across the board and fun coworkers. Never would have thought I would be in this industry but Service Restoration is a great place to grow a career at. Many different opportunities and paths to choose. Management cares about employees and continues to improve offerings each year.

Cons

If you want to coast, this may not be the best fit or an ideal company. Effort is rewarded.
