Pros
-They are always looking for new employees and always have positions available.
-They have some really great employees that deserve better.
Cons
-They want employees to work a 50 hour work week on a 40 hour work week salary.
-Upper management and executive team: Nepotism and buddy/buddy relationships at the highest level leaves little room for a positive experience.
-Extremely unprofessional behavior by the COO, CEO, and HR.
-“You are just a number and very replaceable” attitude.
-I personally would never use them for anything knowing what I now know about how their business model works.
-If you leave the company, they keep your 401k employer match. (Labeled as a forfeiture)
-Bonus policies are not in your favor. They will do their best to keep as much of it to themselves as possible.
-They utilized all their employees to write google reviews about the company by creating a contest for money.
-They removed all access to past personal metrics while still employed.
-I do have all the proof of these statements in saved documentation, as I know that they like to threaten litigation when the truth is told about their practices.
