Pros

paid 1 hour lunch., double screen technology (headset optional). Nice Sales meeting in October at Delray with paid overnight hotel stay. Flexible hours according to personal occasional needs. Usually quiet work environment

Cons

Occasionally Abusive, demeaning, misleading exchanges from supervisor to employees. High turnover, disorganized training, boiler room call center atmosphere. Meetings held in kitchen. Not enough parking - sometimes must park on Federal Ave without early arrival. Commissions not likely before 6 months and not “substantial” until after 1+ years.

Pros

No pros maybe nice people

Cons

Good pay is not the right term I would use. They give 14.50 an hour to start. Say they don’t micro manage you but they record all your calls and look at your dials every hour.

Pros

Maybe a good starting out job for someone who wants to grind and has no experience. All the people are trying and want to do well.

Cons

If you have had a career and success in sales you may feel completely ill at ease here. You calls are counted and you can't generate your own leads which would pay you a whole lot more. They want you to get beat up on their over-called list and land a few of those for them or they'll cut bait on you at about 2 months. The hourly isn't serious for a serious person to live on. It's a high pressure sales environment and you have to get beat up as you learn.
