      Pros

      The members are amazing and appreciate everyone in the credit union. Coworkers cared so much, they basically trained me. You have a chance of moving up if you stay in the same position for years.

      Cons

      Not going to get far in the company unless you are a fan of being verbally abused. If you speak up they just shut you down and don't listen to a word you say. You can file formal complaints that HR says they are going to address but then they blow you off and keep you and your coworkers in an environment where your manager lies, is lazy, and does not care about the company. Bottom line, if you have morals or a strong ethical code, this is not the place for you.
