      Good starting point, but poor growth and leadership issues

      Pros

      Great place to start your Career. If you are lucky you'll be traveling abroad from time to time base on your project.

      Cons

      Leave after 1-2 years, No Salary growth here. VL and SL will only be available year after the onboarding. 5 days for each which is very bad compare to other companies. Avoid being assigned to a Chinese Team Leader they will fry your brain. Taiwanese Team leaders are better. HMO onlyel cover the employee. While you are here keep learning, you'll need it in your next company. Note that this review is for Alabang Philippines Site, PDC Department
