If you are a good self-learner and can bear the attitude of management you'd progress.
Cons
Management in the company particularly has non-helping nature and non-welcoming nature to their employees. Overall company culture is poor to say the least, communication gap between employees and management and a big pay scale difference in the then overall market. Technology-wise pretty old stack is being used so it might be helpful for a new employee getting in although after some time it'd be redundant work most of the times.
