      Like every other hyper growth company the bar gets moved QTRLY. With rapid growth comes change and that can be hard for some.

      Amazing colleagues and incredibly supportive leadership. From the first interview on, the people are the number one reason to join SentinelOne. Promotion and growth from within reward high performers. As an engineer, the technology is equally impressive.

      Cons

      Growth and evolution bring challenges, sometimes feeling overly busy and challenging getting strategy right. Stock has underperformed at times.
