      I've had the pleasure of working for Sentinel Management for close to 2 years! It is family owned and I love the fact that I know all of my colleagues.

      They still have processes that are old school, but they work.

      Sentinel is a stable, and growing family owned company. Upper management is knowledgeable and supportive. They care deeply for their staff, residents, and vendors.

      Cons

      The only challenge being in the middle of a pandemic is the lead time on ordering some appliances, which isn’t the fault of the company.
