Great Company - Manager Sentinel Management Employee Review

I've had the pleasure of working for Sentinel Management for close to 2 years! It is family owned and I love the fact that I know all of my colleagues.

They still have processes that are old school, but they work.

I enjoyed the idea of working for a Minnesota based, family owned company. I had a lot of pride coming into the position, however....

At a site-level, the most extensive form of technology used is Microsoft Word and gmail. 90% of day-to-day operations are performed with pen and paper. The only form of rent payment is a physical check. It was hard for me to believe that a property management company could be so far behind in technology in 2015.
