Pros
Challenging projects with a variety of clients. No micro-management. Strong leadership. Very smart people. Well-respected name in digital analytics. No office politics. Too bad that they ended up selling to EY this year. I hope the culture that was Semphonic can be brought over to EY.
Cons
High cost of health insurance, especially if you are older and/or have a family. But, as an employer with only 35 people, this is what it is in today's health care environment.
