Pros

– Small enough team where you can affect real change – Energetic and supportive team – A huge amount of product potential – Great opportunities for growth

Cons

– Initially, there was not enough crossover between teams – It's a startup, so things can get hectic at times – The brand vision is not entirely clear (at the moment)

Pros

Our new team both from the executives and other employees are really strong. We have a really good vision for contextual tech that is where the future is going. It is also a very strong and positive culture that makes me excited every day to show up with my best.

Cons

Having to do more with less but that is all startups over the last year/

Unstable Company-Company Going Down The Drain

Pros

There is legit nothing positive about working here. See the cons list for the truth. They pay employees with Amazon gift cards to write good reviews. All of the good are not accurate

Cons

While the company promotes the idea of a ‘Fyllo Fam,’ the reality falls far short. Frequent layoffs occur approximately every six months, diminishing the stability and morale among employees. During my year-long tenure, I witnessed the offboarding of over 40 colleagues. Management is inconsistent and often at odds with each other, leading to a culture of miscommunication and a lack of support for lower-level employees. While cost-saving is important for any business, the company’s refusal to invest in essential tools—sometimes as inexpensive as $20/month—raises questions about financial stability. Two lines of business were eliminated within a single year, and key software staff were among those laid off. Despite a veneer of professionalism among higher-ups, the treatment of employees on my level was disappointing. Unfortunately, the departure process lacked basic courtesies; I wasn’t wished well or even acknowledged by the management team. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend working here if you are looking for a stable and supportive work environment.
