Pros

No pros, it's a scam to get you to pay them

Cons

Every employee I know from there ended up having to pay the company back for the training. None received bonuses. The company verbally offers pay but nothing is ever in writing except you having to pay them back if you don't make it a full year.

Pros

They were ok during the home health coding training program right up until the time I had to Communicate with, I suppose, my manager. That Would have been just about the time according to them that training should be over and you should work on your own without assistance.

Cons

Don’t give new coders to Home Health Care Enough time to build their expertise on the job.

Poor management

Pros

There are no pros, they say you can do part time and they are flexible, they are not.

Cons

No training, or tools, managers are rude and condescending. Poor work flow, have to wait sometimes for over a hour for work. Ask you to work overtime one day and send you home early the next.
