Pros
The Seedly team is one of the best teams I have worked with. A lean and mean team, the flat structure allowed for good ideas to flourish and quick decisions to be made. Previous bosses were transparent about their decision-making processes and genuinely cared for the team and their career growth. Despite being acquired, Seedly retained its startup culture and is a great opportunity for one to grow, even if it is in a completely different field. Its leaders empower team members while shielding the team for external forces.
Cons
While great for gaining experience and skillsets, pay increases and moving upwards were extremely difficult. Though this is mostly due to the parent company.
