Bad for non IIT candidates

Good for IIt people Good technical work ( R & D only)

Cons

Huge salary difference on same level . No loyalty benefits, seen so many people stayed for 2 3 years but they have less salary than mine . Poor bench marking for non IIt employees They wont increase package till you resign(I got double offer after resign)

Challenging and fun work. Got a lot of new experience which I would not have got anywhere else.

Cons

Well as a new college graduate I would have much more to ask from a company. I would say not many cons.
